Fortune 500 company, good ESPP program, leadership doesn't leave much to be desired, advancement opportunities, within corporate at least.
Cons
Plants around the country are very fragmented and operate very differently, which can lead to issues/frustrations. Training for positions can be poor, trial by fire mentality, thrown in and left to figure things out.
Laid back culture. Decent pay. Flexible when needed for appointments, etc.
Cons
No potential for upward mobility. Expensive healthcare. Only options are high deductible HSA plans with only $1k match for HSA. No traditional plans available unless you live in California. There was not a lot of training for the job and was expected to figure out what to do on my own. Asked for system training but never received it.
