Pros
I was desperate, needed to start somewhere ASAP, this job did the trick. The machines are easy to run, the paperwork is not hard.
Cons
No raises when you get hired from temp to perm, no bonuses, no profit sharing, fastest employee rotation I've ever come across so you are perpetually training helpers who don't speak English or are addicted and constantly on opiates, constant issues with material, quotas that are not possible, string of car break-ins and when management was notified they said security cameras were too expensive one week before bragging about making a million dollars over the projected numbers for the quarter, GM disrespects staff and berates them in front of the rest of the staff in "meetings" including insulting two grown women's mothers, their idea of handling issues is to parade you in front the rest of the staff in "meetings" and make you solve your own issues out loud causing entirely unnecessary conflicts between employees, for overtime leave at 11pm and have to be back in the door by 6am, overtime is mandatory, the day shift does little to no work and never cleans so you will spend around a third of your day cleaning up after them and restocking and doing things that should have been done and it doesn't matter how many times you complain to your supervisor or how many times she complains to the GM, they just plainly do not care about you or what goes on in your work day, they just want you to make the product and blame you for anything that goes wrong without asking what happened, they could care less, they just point fingers and move on. So ask yourself if you are desperate enough to work at this place before applying. Sickening and sad.
