Everyone within the business feels valued and that their contribution has a positive impact. Staff are actively encouraged to contribute ideas and feedback on all changes within the company. This is an ever evolving company so there's never a dull moment! The benefits are amazing, something usually only a global corporate company may offer, yet as we are a smaller company you don't feel like just a number. This isn't a company that lists benefits that it 'claims' to offer, they offer them and more! They paid for a series of yoga sessions in work time! - that's a company that genuinely values its staff and their well-being. All departments collaborate, when we say the word team, we mean the whole team not just your own department. People are really friendly and it has more of a family feel than a 'rigid' workplace.
