Pros
Decent job while attending University. Good experience for those with little to no experience with servers/tech support.
Cons
Pay is below average. 24/7 service means getting common holidays off can be a pain. Little to no advancement opportunities internally. They do not invest in employee training, resulting in new employees being faced with heavy workloads with little to no training. Rather than address the issue, they seem content to just churn through the seemingly endless supply of students from the local University.
