There are no pros, this company is full rubbish.

Here we go, The main business of this company is to mislead Chinese students with promises of attending a top 5 university in the UK(obviously they are not top students but lazy students who just want to pay for the paper). The students have not even finished their master's when they are asking for help to develop a research topic for Ph.D. Most of the students do not know why the hell they want to do a Ph.D. but apparently, they got money to pay for a service where someone will write their thesis proposal or resume or whatever they are lazy to do. One of the main foundation of a Ph.D. is research Ethics and apparently, neither this company nor the students have heard of it. STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY.....STAY AWAY

Good salary, easy tasks and nice people to work with, the good benefit of working from home, which is a big plus

Bad management and very disorganised, need to be more clear on assignments and also sometimes the people themselves get confused in regards to the work
