- Excellent individual contributor colleagues - Farnborough campus is good - Good attempts made at whole company communication - Good place to learn modern IT systems and practices - No micro-managing
Cons
- Focus is too much on shareholder payback and quick wins - Chaotic due to lack of work planning - Staff are pushed very hard, but for average reward - Appalling management of staff safety during COVID pandemic, putting employees in very difficult, unsafe and uncomfortable situations - Company is obsessed with appearing to have a process for everything, but in actuality have no intention of following them - Senior management can be very dismissive of those reporting to them - Little attempt to look after staff during their tenure, or to even counter-offer when they hand in their notice
