Arrogant leaders - No one expected the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos to be perfect, especially during a pandemic. But the lack of genuine compassion and collaboration has been a real shock. The new leadership team is arrogant, demeaning, and completely unwilling to innovate or listen. No innovation - There's an illusion of inclusion, but at the end of the day, decisions are only made at the top with no real data or evidence. Employees are silenced - Surveys. Are. Ignored. They look at results in aggregate but aren't willing to address specific concerns with real action. Employees are afraid to respond to surveys or speak their minds because they're afraid of dismissal, ridicule, or being ignored. Fake sincerity & lack of trust - There is no trust between employees and leaders, and the passion that used to be here is gone. You can point to regular videos and "communications" that give the appearance of collaboration and care, but they're dripping with fake sincerity. Efforts for diversity and inclusion are shallow and largely ignored.
