      Pros

      Good relaxed culture with plenty of characters in the office. Fantastic open plan working space. Perks are good; HR have a good package in place. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Those in the "in crowd" get looked after; promotions, sabatticals, training. Staggered growth and limited opportunity for those outside of the "in crowd" to learn other areas. Salary is not competitive and bonus scoring is rated low which feels on purpose at times.
