Imagine you have worked for a company for 25 years and then getting added to a call with 15 other people. The person who you have only talked to once joins the call and reads a 4 minute script informing you that everyone on the call is fired. This happened to 15 people at UL's product management team today. I'd highly suggest working for any other company. The layoffs made no sense either with one product manager being laid off who was going to replace a retiring product manager in 3 months. Did leadership take that into account? Of course not!
