Pros
Generally decent company ethics. While many at the company do not have a healthy work/life balance, I received little criticism for being someone who did. Outside of core hours, clock out and in times were fairly flexible. Even as an engineer, the work generally did not require much critical thinking, which some may appreciate.
Cons
Outdated in every sense: work culture, business practices, etc. Most people there have worked there for decades. Those who don't adapt to the culture don't last long. They have had a system of doing business for over 100 years and it has worked for them, so they refuse to change or incorporate modern innovations. Much of my time was spent filling out incomprehensible forms built with outdated technology, most of which did not require engineering knowledge or expertise.
