Great brand recognition and unique position in the market. It's a mission-driven organization with great potential
Cons
The company is organized very vertically and decision-making is absolutely top-down: your manager is always right and going over him/her during a disagreement is very poorly perceived. In addition, the management is clearly playing favorites: you're either in the circle, will be given all the opportunities, and will get away with murder when you mess up, or out of it and will be treated as a commodity.
