      Flex hours are nice. No micromanagement. It's difficult to get fired.

      Cons

      Little to no professional growth/development opportunities. Pay is terrible for lab staff, but great for engineers. Higher performers are expected to carry the lower performers.

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
