      Flexible, ability to work autonomously, nice team culture, good benefits

      Cons

      Limited ability to move up in company. Very corporate and bureaucratic. Systems are absolutely HORRIBLE. HR has no idea what they are doing.

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
