      UMA Enterprises is a leader in the industry and a great place to work. Leadership is very strong. This is a supportive environment to excercise sales, marketing, communication, and negotiation skills and a positive place to grow professionally.

      Vast improvements in leadership have outweighed any past cons.

      Pros

      UMA is growing at a fast pace. Though my job is remote, the strong leadership has made onboarding experience outstanding. With reasonable accommodations, there should be no excuse for an individual to not be meeting their goals at the job. Daily communications across the board truly helps to see where you stand. The leaders listen to & consider new ideas. Number of employees have been with UMA for years. This only motivates me to create path for further success.

      I have joined UMA just recently. No cons to share at this time.
