Managers not at best - ECommerce Manager UMA Enterprises Employee Review

UMA is growing at a fast pace. Though my job is remote, the strong leadership has made onboarding experience outstanding. With reasonable accommodations, there should be no excuse for an individual to not be meeting their goals at the job. Daily communications across the board truly helps to see where you stand. The leaders listen to & consider new ideas. Number of employees have been with UMA for years. This only motivates me to create path for further success.

I have joined UMA just recently. No cons to share at this time.

* SEVERELY Disorganized - new management is worse than the last * HORRIFIC company culture - some of the rudest staff I have ever worked with * CONSTANT LACK OF DIRECTION - had a different supervisor every day * NO NEW IDEAS - "we did it this way" mentality, even when it makes no sense * YOU WILL DO EVERYTHING TWICE - or three times...or four times...and be reprimanded constantly for those efforts. SHORT TERM GIG - the current investment group wants to unload the company asap - there have already been 2 rounds of layoffs in less than a year.
