      Pros

      Payment is not bad . The salary increase from promotion is extremely high and in most case above ~30%.

      Cons

      Pure mandarin working environment with stress ful manager. High work loading and unpaid daily overtime happened almost routinely.

      Supervisors rotate after a few years.

      Last supervisor was terrible but new ones come about every 3 years or so.
