      They only have good benefits from the company

      The work environment is toxic, especially among the middle management. They often gossip about others and take advantage of their staff, and mc adalah dilarang if you mc and your manager will threatening with no bonus. If you know how to please the boss, everything will be fine.

      1. not good for mental health 2. SOP changed by how manager felt.No proper guideline. 3.staffing become more critical but total bed are increasing 4.heavy workload
