      There is a lot of opportunity to make a positive impact.

      Cons

      Management isn't effective, there is no accountability or alignment on goals, Turnover is high among new employees as leadership is lacking and people are unwilling to help each other.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
