      Very wide selection of products, programs and services

      Horrible leadership. Terrible communication from support departments! Not very up front about what is important to the organization.......Gross Margin not people.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
