      Pros

      They feed you almost every week. And the pay is decent and they good benefits and stock purchase plan

      Cons

      Management suck long hours 18-20 they let friends go home while you stuck in there. I hated everything about Unfi I would never recommend them

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
