Pros
I work in the pricing/customer care department where we handle pricing and customer support for a variety of accounts. I love working for this company because I feel respected and well compensated for the work that I do. I also feel I have a quality of life that I haven't had from any other company. We have a program that allows monetary rewards for going above and beyond. I have also worked for and worked with some amazing people.
Cons
As you will find with most companies, they all have issues somewhere and you cant make 100% of people happy. I have worked for many companies in my life and you deal with problems no matter where you work. But UNFI at least attempts to take care of workers and "do the right thing" when it comes to their employees.
