      the pay is pretty good.the work is hard but easy.

      Cons

      The most dangerous job I have ever worked at. people get hurt here all the time. all of it could of been avoided. with just a little paying attention.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
