Pros
You make some serious cash with incentive. The point system is great. You call a hot line to call off and don't have to speak a supervisor
Cons
To hit full incentive you have to destroy your body. Supervisors don't actually want to do their jobs. They only give you three holidays off a year (Thanksgiving, Christmas day, and New Years day). They will give you special positions and say it will help you advance in the company and lie straight to your face.
