some folks were nice, some were not transparent.

Pushy to get things rolling, extremely interested in getting a good word with the client. Very typical Italian company only worrying about the looks. low salaries, taxes on your own. Legal and Administrative sucks (more than 30 days to correctly wire a paycheck). Unable to follow very simple indications for a contract or a payment. They could lie or not present all the information about a Job, its challenges or real tasks. Very much interested in pushing the upsale not too much about getting the right person for the role.
