      Can't think of any, honestly.

      Most of the time I was miserable because my supervisor was away most of the time and there were little guidance on my tasks. I spent effort and time on doing the given tasks and ended up not being appreciated. Also hard to mingle with the staff in the org even I tried to, just awkward.

      Good benefits, you really do help people

      Human Resources takes a highly specialized approach to talent management. In that you cannot really change functions easily in UNHCR. You have to hyper-specialize in one area. So if you are a protection staff, you tend to burn out from trauma without an internal mechanism to alleviate the burnout. The higher you go in UNHCR, the crazier you become.
