Pros
Unio is genuinely one of the most inclusive and open work environments I've ever been a part of. Leadership isn't just paying lip service to a culture of gratitude; they are actively building a place where everyone feels respected, heard, and valued. You are encouraged to bring your whole self to work. The C-suite is surprisingly supportive and responsive. They are accessible, they listen to feedback from all levels, and they act on it. You truly feel like you are part of a team, not just a cog in the machine. The best part is the shared mission. There is a laser focus on patient care and the patient experience, and it guides all our decisions. It's incredibly motivating to work for a company that so clearly prioritizes the well-being of its patients.
Cons
The company has very aggressive goals for expansion. This is exciting, and it's great to be part of a growing organization, but it also means the pace can be very fast. Priorities can shift quickly as new opportunities arise, so you have to be comfortable with a dynamic environment and be able to pivot.
