Pros
I was there almost from the start and loved building everything from scratch. People were great, had the backing of the Exec group to make decisions, no (very few) prima donnas but I felt it was time to move on so I left.
Cons
I knew the pay was under market going in but I believed in the company and that they were pre-IPO. OK, so I got burned on all that but I still had a blast. Started at the right time and left at the right time. I feel bad that things have taken such a dramatic turn in Sept 2020 and I don't expect that the company is anything like what it was when I was there. Drug failed, which everyone knew it would, new CEO, CFO.... basically rebooting the company. I guess time will tell.
