      Pros

      If you are into the tech workplace trappings, it has a hipster office. Some great young people on board, but they are churned and burned.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, CEO has lost the plot. The technology doesn't work. more than 5 years in "start up" mode... cannot seem to listen to advice from professionals who could help. Complete disorganization. Clients are misled. Gender inequity (programmers and developers all male, with an entire team in India. No women in leadership roles.)

      Pros

      I gave an interview and was selected within a week. Overall smooth process. This is a great company where you and your opinions are valued. You have a huge room to learn and grow. I have the best manager I could have ever get. He is a great mentor. I also have a great team to work with.

      Cons

      Training part is a bit not up to the mark. You have the knowledge base to refer so it's isn't a huge con but sometimes you feel like stuck. CS team needs to be paid fairly as other departments.
