Full of great intentions, but with no vision. Changes are fundamental and talked about, but no action is taken to perform those changes. Strategic decisions are made on personal believes and ignorance about the market. The agency does not promote itself but still wants to have great clients at the door. Creative work is done with few to no time at all, which results in weak creativity and the clients tend to not stay. The one's that do is for the price. Quantity is more valued than quality. Briefing is a myth. Strategy also and the creative work reflects the lack of. On arrival you are the best, everyone wants to get the best ideas out of you, and then when the truth starts being too overwhelming you become ungrateful.
