Low pay more politics and they’ll send u in different plants regularly

I have been employed here for quite a time and I don't see any pros in this company, company doesn't care at all about employees. Management doesn't care about sacrifices employees are making for them.

Everything. 1. Less pay 2. More work 3. No personal life 4. Unprofessional behaviour 5. Poor management 6. Get ready to be fired if asked for pay raise 7. Company only cares about their benefit 8. No personal growth
