No loyalty, - Applications Developer UPS Supply Chain Solutions Employee Review

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. No loyalty, people who do no work or really mismanaged work get promoted, most of the work is outsourced to other countries. The culture is good O' boy, during my time there I came across one black manager the rest was white or Asian. in the HealthCare division, had a lot of backstabbing from other team members, who would sell their soul just to get promoted. If you go to work for this company my advice is to work for a division that is unionized at best, at least you have some job protection.
