      Really good training, helpful colleagues

      Cons

      Low salary, poor benefits - you only get 4 Service Incentive leaves after regularization, then get your SLs and VLs after 1 year of regularization, very long working hours and no OT pay, overworked, people in other departments are very hard to work with

      Great starting career for someone that wants to start a career in manufacturing

      Cons

      Limited employee compensation compared to other industries. Training should be more thorough. Give people and machine maintenance outmost priority.
