Pros
The good thing about working at URSA is that you'll have a name recognizable by anyone in Spain, Grupo Uralita (the majority shareholder). It is a big and old company, kinda like a dinosaur, so if you want to suffer for a while in pursuit of something better, URSA is good. The pay is also not so bad.
Cons
Senior management doesn't have respect for employees, they don't communicate anything, you'd be lucky to get a "Hello". Paid vacation days are the legal minimum, many other companies offer more. Long work hours, you are frowned upon for a 11-12 hour work day. No social benefits. The company doesn't have money to offer any sort of training but it is normal for senior management to take more than 50+ business class trips per week in total.
