This tight timeline forces the team to rush, but they can't complete all the necessary data entry in time due to the outdated technology and heavy workload. The AP department is overburdened, leading to a stressful work environment with insufficient staff and inadequate training. Issues also stem from poor time management and a lack of focus from the owner's son, John Scarsi, who frequently engages in non-work-related conversations with favored departments. Overall, the combination of poor training, high workload, and inefficient software system contributes to a stressful work atmosphere.
