Upper management is awful. Big decisions are poorly thought out, and it’s all a friendship game. If you are friends with the top guy, then you get an office. If you are not friends with the top guy, then it won’t be long before you’re gone. I’ve worked for 3 years with this company and I’ve seen so many quality, hard-working employees get fired or quit because of the top guy, and I’ve seen poor-performing employees get promoted. It might only be this way for my department, since it seems like other departments thrive, while we have high turnover. Could speak to who is leading the department...
