Pros

Good training. Was very detailed, made fun and interesting. The class got along great with the trainer and each other.

Cons

Low pay, Horrible management. Rude and really nasty. They treat the reps terribly. Its very sad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here especially with that very stingy compensation package

Our management staff is entrusted to treat all employees fairly and respectfully. Compensation packages are confirmed at the time of employment. Pros

The schedule literally is the only thing positive

Cons

Very old style of pay and doing business, you will never actually see or sign your pay plan which is illegal, they have lazy desk managers who won’t even talk to customers and there are only two people in the entire store who make any money at all in sales. This is a spoon fed store. Leads and phones are dead and the brand other than two cars needs a refresh. Overall the pay and lack of proper management will let anyone down.
