Pros
Hours are stable, good amount of supportive training and co-workers are nice. Day time workers had a food truck come by every day for lunch. Big office area.
Cons
Distrust of employees among upper management. Employees let go for a few mistakes they may make on processing work orders. Lots of employees let go before 90 day probation, maybe to avoid paying for full benefits. Seems like the company has many downturns with their finances, hires for growth, but that growth isn't stable, hence many people get laid-off.
