Pros
Good on the phone; can read scripts and objectives from book without sounding like I'm reading. I'm a Natural on the phone. I get my point across quickly.
Cons
Downsides would be very loud noise that the customer can hear background swearing and laughing, which (to the customer) is unprofessional.
