Pros
There are no pros to working in this incompetent environment.
Cons
From the time I was hired it just got worse. I received a phone call saying I hadn't completed the online, on boarding documents (I HAD and their tech services confirmed that I had). An email that I should have been contacted about training (I had NOT) I called my local office and was told to ignore the email. Then I was called about training and scheduled for a session. I got an email about it. When I arrived, no one showed up at the location to conduct the Saturday training. I tried to call the number on the letter, the automated line could NOT understand my saying the option number OR pressing the number. When I called Monday morning they told me no training was scheduled. I said why did the person who called me give me Saturday as an option and told me the location. They didn't know. Finally, I was called and they tried to schedule me for the following day and I told them I had a workman coming and could not. They scheduled me for the following Monday. When I arrived at the training, I was told they didn't have me on the roster and didn't have my ID badge, etc. and couldn't train me. I QUIT on the spot since it was obvious that working the census wasn't going to be worth the headache.
