Pros
Pay is actually very decent compared to some private companies out there. Benefits are top notch with no out of pocket expenses.
Cons
If for some reason you cant keep your nose clean and end up getting in trouble in the civilian world then you can expect further punishment in the CG world. Shouldnt be an issue unless you are a screw up.
