Love the team I get to work with. Lots of opportunities for growth.

Very busy offices and hard to get patients in.

Independent work environment. The Doctors are fabulous .

The management is horrible. The pay is horrible for the work the expect . They hound you and tell you everything you do wrong never what you do right. There is no positive reinforcement. There is no room for growth. After 3 years never get a raise yet they give you more work. There is a huge turn over rate. They don't care about you or your family. They have favorites. If you do bad work you get rewarded. The CEO is clueless on what goes on in any of the offices. The Dr's have no say.
