Pros
USESI (and especially the CEO Randy) really cares about improving the company and making sure it's a good place to work. The company does well financially and rewards those that work hard and prove their value to the company. USESI is willing to make the investments into things if people feel it's going to help the company. Whether that's a new software, hiring a skilled person or investing time in a project. If people are excited about it and make the case they can likely get it if the ground.
Cons
H.R. is improving but some of there processes are out of date and I've seen payroll deductions get screwed too often (401k % or raises getting processed on time). Some I.T. decisions seem to be made in a vacuum without enough feedback or communication. For those that work remotely it can sometimes be tough building a sense of community.
