The only pros to working with this company is the people. They are all dealing with the same struggle of bad leadership and disorganization, but are still all very sweet and doing their best.
Cons
This company went through 4 lay off Cycles in under 3 years. From administration staff, clinical employees, and upper management, most can't or won't stay longer than a year. The leadership team ignores provider, patient and staff concerns or recommendations. The new teams do not seem to care that their reputation has tanked in every market and they have nobody qualified to handle any necessary projects. Do not do more than require because they do not care about you.
