Pros
They pay really good, you can make a lot of money for a person with just a high school diploma and a little bit of warehouse experience plus if you need a little bit of extra cash you can work harder to make it. (PTO) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Personal Days) you get them within three months of working . Micro Managed company, and you will work no longer than 45 hours a week and still make good money.
Cons
They go by the book so if you have issues with following protocol you will be out the door quick. They take favoritism to another level. While you work hard to get your money others that have seniority will get special privileges and make more than you will while they work less hard than you are working. Everything Is blamed on Selectors everyone else is safe other than selectors but we do make the most so they put the most pressure on selectors. Co-workers have attitudes and will get on your nerves because your time is money and everyone is for self. Their is no alliance within selectors the managers sabotaged the selectors by giving the people with seniority easier work that makes their pay grade stay high the won't say nothing because they don't want to mess it up while the new-comers and non-ass kissers get the bad end of the stick. Snitching is at an all time high but what job isn't. And even though you can get to the top pay grade they won't allow you by giving you errors that you or they don't know about but you can't fight it because its their paperwork vs your word . So its very stressful until you get your paycheck other than that, that is why you will stay.
