Pros
If you have a criminal record, no high school or education, or you are in school, and want to make lower middle class, to mid-middle class wages, look no further. It's definitely hard physical labor, but, certain managerial staff will go above and beyond to support and assist you. The pay is very generous, but you will work for that generous pay.
Cons
The physicality of the job (3 different climates, dry, cooler, and freezer), and sometimes you will be placed in all 3 environments. The hours can become excessive and you will feel like your life only revolves around us foods. The break times are only 2 15min breaks and a 30 min lunch. They have these headsets that monitor your every move and can become a nuisance from time to time. The union is there and of course is only available for full time, but the union reps will make you feel like your apart of the team.
