Pros

Decent hourly wage and lots of overtime.

Cons

Terrible transportation managers. There is no communication or support for new hires. Dangerous job, heavy lifting on a 2 wheeler up and down stairs. They force you to work six days a week. Very little training or support. They give the hardest and worst routes to the new employees. I saw at least 30 people quit in just a few months.

Pros

Pay, work environment, Equipment, Shop, Management.

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.

Cons

Culture Comp plan Lack of transparency Greed Only care about price of the stock
