He walks around on his tippy toes in the emperor's new clothes while being despised by all departments, even his own department, even other companies, even his friends. Money was earned while on his watch so he is allowed to stay. Run away before you even start. On top of that loser, they play favorites and will pile new responsibilities on you until you quit from hating this place so much and they don't pay right and you are just a stat.
