Pros
I work with a great team who is supportive and easy to work with. I've worked with the same team for 7 years and because my producer has a large book of business, we have a little more flexibility with how we work.
Cons
Management is pretty terrible. They make it pretty clear that their only concern is for the numbers, not for the people who work for them.
