Account Manager - Anonymous employee USI Insurance Services Employee Review

Always looking to cut the bottom dollar. History of breaking up offices after they have been acquired and people loosing their jobs. This is not a surprise since the major stockholder is Onex which this is what they do. Main focus is large commercial accounts and employee benefits. Small commercial and personal lines are handled out of service centers with no focus on customer service. Much turnover in their service centers.
