Company technology platform is really good especially if you are starting out in the business. Practice leaders are eager to help.
Cons
Company does not value client service as they are to focused on new business as this is how the local executives are compensated. The accounting department is a major problem and a constant source of frustration. The culture of the company is very high pressure on employees. Local management is not visible at all and does not want to hear how to improve the model.
